The A/R Kanban board gives you a visual, real-time view of your Accounts Receivable process. Each column represents a stage in your invoice workflow, making it easy to see where every invoice stands, identify bottlenecks, and understand your expected cash flow without digging through grid data.
Key Features
Visual columns show where each invoice sits in your AR workflow.
Column headers display total invoice value and invoice count, giving instant cash flow insight.
Cards update automatically when invoices are created, edited, or deleted — the board always reflects current status.
Quickly spot bottlenecks and overdue items at a glance.
How to Access the A/R Kanban
Navigate to the Invoices section of INNERGY under Project Management.
Select the Kanban view from the view toggle options.
Reading the Board
Each column on the Kanban board represents a stage in your invoice workflow. Column headers show the total invoice value and count for that stage, giving you an immediate picture of cash flow at each step.
Columns with high invoice counts or values may indicate a bottleneck in your AR process.
Overdue invoices are visually flagged so they can be prioritized.
Cards reflect the latest invoice data — no manual refresh is needed.
Moving Invoices Through the Workflow
As invoices progress through your AR process, their cards move to the appropriate column automatically based on their status. You can also manually move a card to update its workflow stage.
Tips
Use the Kanban view at the start of each day to prioritize follow-ups on overdue invoices.
Review column totals at a glance to assess expected cash receipts for the period.
Switch between Kanban and grid view depending on whether you need a visual overview or detailed data.
