This article explains where to find your currently loaded INNERGY version, and how the overall release version differs from sub-component versions (such as Payroll) that may also appear on the same page.
Where to Find Your Version
Open the Configuration menu from the main left-hand navigation.
Select About INNERGY.
Under Version Information, you'll see:
App Version — the overall INNERGY release version currently loaded (for example, "131.0.0"), along with the date/time it was last deployed.
Database Version — the schema version applied to your database, with its last-updated date/time.
Runtime Version — the underlying runtime version.
If your role doesn't have access to the Configuration menu, ask an administrator to check this for you, or contact INNERGY Support with your company name and we can look it up.
Sub-Component Versions (e.g. Payroll)
Some individual modules display their own version separately on the About INNERGY page, below the main Version Information card — for example, the Payroll module shows its own UI version so you can confirm which payroll frontend is currently loaded after a redeploy. A sub-component's version is not the same as your overall App Version, and it updates on its own schedule. If you're contacting support about a general issue or asking whether a feature is available yet, use the App Version from Version Information, not a sub-component's version.
Why This Matters
Release Notes are organized by the overall App Version number. When contacting support about a possible bug, or asking whether a feature has shipped yet, include your App Version from the About INNERGY page — this lets support quickly check the release notes relevant to what you're running.
