When a bill of materials looks off, the first question is usually who touched it last. The BOMs grid now answers that directly, with four new audit columns available wherever you view BOMs.
How to do it
Open a BOMs grid, Global, Project, or Work Order view all support it.
Open the column chooser.
Add Created By, Created On, Modified By, and Modified On.
Sort, filter, or group by any of the four just like other columns.
Tip: Group by Modified On when you're reviewing recent changes across a large batch of BOMs, it puts the most recently touched ones right at the top.
Add the audit columns to your BOMs grid and stop guessing who made the last change.
