The Requests and Fulfilments grid in the Office provides a unified view of all material requests — whether they were created in the Office or the Kiosk. This ensures your team always has complete visibility into outstanding material needs without switching between applications.
Key Features
All material requests created in the Kiosk are visible in the Office, and vice versa.
The Request Other action is available directly from this grid, allowing Office users to submit requests without going to the Kiosk.
The Request & Fulfill action is available from this grid, letting you request and fulfill materials in a single step. The dialog auto-populates data from your selection — up to 10 rows at a time — from the Requests and Fulfilments grid, the Materials grid, or the Inventory grid.
Centralizes material request management for your Office team.
Where to Find the Grid
Log into INNERGY and navigate to the Office section.
Select the Requests and Fulfilments grid from under Shop Floor from the menu.
Creating a Request from the Office
Open the Requests and Fulfilments grid.
Choose your request action: use Request Selected to quickly request from pre-selected materials (fields are auto-filled where possible, including SKU and Manufacturer SKU), or New Material Request for manual entry.
Fill in the required details for the material request.
Submit the request. It will be visible to Kiosk users immediately.
Requesting and Fulfilling Materials
The Request & Fulfill action lets you request and fulfill materials in a single step directly from the grid. The dialog auto-populates based on your selection, reducing manual data entry.
Select up to 10 rows from the Requests and Fulfilments grid, Materials grid, Inventory grid, Work Orders grid, or Project Budget Materials grid.
Click the Request & Fulfill action.
Review the auto-populated details, including Project, Work Order, and Bin. Alternatively, scan a material's QR code to automatically fill in these fields.
If using Custom Units of Measure (UoM), the correct UoM is automatically applied based on your selected Project and Work Order.
Confirm to complete the request and fulfillment.
Request and Fulfill Queue
When working from the Master Inventory grid, you can send materials to a dedicated Request and Fulfill Queue tab before triggering fulfillment.
Open the Master Inventory grid and select one or more materials.
Click Prepare Request and Fulfill to send the selected materials to the Request and Fulfill Queue tab.
Review, edit, or remove items in the queue. Exceptions are clearly flagged before you proceed.
Trigger the fulfillment once all items are ready. If Material Reservation is enabled, you will be notified if any material’s quantity is insufficient.
Managing Requests
Use filters and saved views to sort requests by status, project, work order, or date.
Mark requests as fulfilled once materials have been provided.
Review the grid regularly to ensure no requests are missed across either Office or Kiosk.
Scan a material’s QR code from any Office view to instantly open actions and auto-populate key details such as Project, Work Order, and Bin — scan again to move to the next step.
Print material fulfillment labels directly from the Requests & Fulfilments grid to identify and track materials going to production. Customize your label templates in Configuration > Labels > Request Materials, or adjust the default template right before printing.
To cancel a request, use the unified Cancel action (which replaces the previous Close option). Cancelling instantly updates quantities across all relevant grids and is tracked with a Qty Cancelled column. The Qty Requested in the BOM is also reduced automatically.
When managing requests across multiple facilities, stock values and bin information are automatically scoped to the correct facility, preventing duplicate entries and ensuring accurate inventory visibility.
Bulk Editing Requests
You can update multiple material requests at once using the Bulk Edit feature. For details, see How to Bulk Edit Material Requests in the Office. You can also create new material requests directly from the WO BOM Materials and WO Materials tabs within a Work Order.
