Switch on Site Manager's new interface, and you'll notice more than a redesigned home screen. Every small screen you tap through along the way, from picking a step for a Work Order to choosing who gets assigned a task, now looks like it belongs to the same app.
Previously, several of these in-between screens still carried the old look, or in some cases used your phone's own generic system menu instead of Site Manager's own style. Now they all share the same rounded cards, the same accent color, and the same typography as the rest of the new interface.
You'll see the refreshed look wherever you make a quick choice or enter a value, including:
Choosing a step, an employee, or an assignee on a Work Order
Picking employees for Bulk Clock In or Bulk Clock Out
Selecting a labor item to begin an activity in Time Clock
Choosing a Work Order from the picker in Plan Viewer
Tagging an attached file
Setting a due date or a critical date
Adding a note or describing an impediment
Entering hours, percent installed, or a task description
Nothing about how these screens work has changed. Searching, selecting, cancelling, and saving all behave exactly the way they did before, just with a look that finally matches the rest of the new interface.
Haven't tried it yet? Turn on the Try New UI toggle in Configuration > Site Manager Settings to see it for yourself. If you're still using the classic interface, nothing changes for you; these updated pop-ups only appear once you switch.
