When your sheets are ready, print them to PDF to share or archive.
Good to know: You can print several sheets at once — as one combined PDF or as separate files in a ZIP. |
Print to PDF
1. Open the Sheets panel and click the Print icon.
2. In the Print Sheets dialog, select the sheets to include (use Search to filter).
3. Choose Combined PDF or Separate PDFs (ZIP).
4. Enter a File name, and optionally turn on Simplify hardware to speed up rendering.
5. Click Print.
Note: The current sheet is pre-selected and marked “(Current Sheet)”. A progress bar shows while scenes render; the file downloads automatically when it’s done. |

Note: Very large sheets may be skipped during printing. If a sheet doesn’t appear in the PDF, check its size. |
Quick checklist
• Open the Sheets panel and click the Print icon.
• Select the sheets and choose Combined or Separate output.
• Name the file and click Print — it downloads automatically.
