Adding several labor items to a Work Order used to mean retyping the same Planned Hours, Planned Start Date, and Notes every single time you added a row. That extra typing added up fast when you were entering a whole batch of items. Not anymore.
How to do it
Open a Work Order and launch the Add Labor Items dialog.
Enter the Planned Hours, Planned Start Date, and Notes for your first labor item.
Click to add another labor item row. Your previous entries stay right where you left them instead of clearing out.
Adjust only what's different for the new row, such as the labor type, and repeat for as many items as you need.
Review all the rows, then submit the dialog once every labor item has been added.
Tip: This is especially useful when adding a batch of similar labor items, like several drafting or install tasks that share the same planned dates and notes.
