Supervisors and team leads can clock in or out an entire crew at once from Site Manager, instead of handling each person individually — a big time-saver at the start and end of a shift.
Available bulk actions
From the Site Manager welcome screen:
Bulk Clock In — clock in multiple employees at once.
Bulk Clock Out — clock out multiple employees at once.
Bulk Begin Activity — start the same labor activity for multiple employees at once.
Select the employees who should be included, then confirm the action. Each employee's time entry is recorded individually, the same as if they'd clocked in themselves — this is a convenience for the supervisor, not a shared entry.
Who can do this
Bulk Clock In/Out and Bulk Begin Activity require supervisor-level Site Manager permissions. If a team lead doesn't see these options, they most likely have an Installer-level Role instead of a Supervisor-level one see Site Manager Permissions: What Each Role Can See and Do.
